Our Story

Welcome to Magnolia Lemons! I have been sewing my whole life. I spent many years sewing along side my grandmother. I learned on her vintage Singer, that I still use today! We love vintage here!

I find peace in sewing and love to create new things. No matter what changes in my life, sewing is my constant. I was a Marine wife for 15 years and raised two wonderful children. Now my children are almost grown and I find myself wanting to do something just for me. I decided to share my love for sewing. I have created a business that captured who I am.  I love magnolias, they were planted all over the city where I was raised. They are resilient and strong. My grandmother had a lemon tree in her backyard and it quickly became one of my favorite things and something that reminded me of her. Welcome to Magnolia Lemons. Every time I sit down at my sewing machine I am reminded of my grandmother, and that I am strong like a magnolia tree! I hope I can bring you back to a special memory or help you create some new ones!

I am supported by my husband, Nick, daughter, Juno, and son, David. We have 5 rescue cats, three of which are pictured here, and 4 dogs! We can't say no to an animal in need.
